The Szenborns celebrate 50th with a trip

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Szenborn of Campbell celebrated 50 years of marriage at an anniversary Mass at St. Columba in Youngstown and during a trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

Mr. Szenborn and the former Theresa Brajkovich were married June 29, 1968, at St. Joseph the Provider Church in Campbell.

Mrs. Szenborn worked in medical records at the Hope Center for Cancer Care until retiring in 2010. She is a member of St. Joseph’s Society, a pirogi worker, Eucharistic minister and altar server. She also belongs to bowling and golf leagues.

Mr. Szenborn worked for the Campbell Street Department as a utility-truck driver until retiring in 2010. He served in the Army National Guard from 1969 to 1975. He is a church usher and a member of golf leagues.

The couple are members of Christ the Good Shepherd at St. Joseph the Provider in Campbell.
