1/3cup tangerine or orange juice
1tablespoon olive oil
1teaspoon McCormick Thyme Leaves
1teaspoon McCormick Mustard, Ground
1/2teaspoon McCormick Garlic Powder
1/4teaspoon salt
1/4teaspoon McCormick Black Pepper, Ground
1pound salmon fillet
Mix tangerine juice, oil, thyme, ground mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper in small bowl. Place salmon in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove salmon from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

2teaspoons McCormick Pure Orange Extract
2pounds salmon fillets, skin removed
1pound asparagus, ends trimmed
1medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
1package McCormick Chili Seasoning Mix, Original
2tablespoons packed brown sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix oil and extract in small bowl. Place salmon and vegetables on separate sides of a foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Brush vegetables with 1 teaspoon of the extract mixture. Brush both sides of salmon with remaining mixture.
Mix Seasoning Mix and brown sugar in small bowl. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the seasoning mixture over vegetables. Sprinkle both sides of salmon evenly with remaining seasoning mixture.
Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and vegetables are tender.
