ABUNDANT LIFE FELLOWSHIP “FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT”
JAPANESE EGG ROLLS

1pound sweet sausage, cooked
1teaspoon ground ginger
1/4head of cabbage, chopped fine
2tablespoons soy sauce
4green onions
1tablespoon cornstarch
4large mushrooms
1package egg roll wraps
1quart oil
Chop vegetables. Combine in a large bowl, veggies, meat and remaining ingredients to resemble meat loaf. Roll 1 tablespoon mixture inside egg roll. Fold like open envelope. Seal with water. Deep fry until golden brown.
TORTILLA BAKE

1pound hamburger
1package taco seasoning
2cups shredded cheddar cheese
1can refried beans
1jar chunky salsa
1can black beans
1can sliced black olives
1small onion, chopped
1package tortillas
3tablespoons olive oil
1jar taco sauce
1small sour cream
Fry and drain hamburger. Add taco seasoning mix to hamburger according to package directions. Saute onions and black olives in olive oil for 3 minutes. Combine sauteed onions, black olives, black beans and salsa together in a bowl. Use a round cake pan the size of your tortillas. Layer the ingredients: tortilla, refried beans, tortilla, seasoned hamburger, tortilla, salsa mixture, tortilla, cheddar cheese, tortilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Slice into pie-shaped pieces and serve pieces topped with taco sauce and sour cream.
ORANGE FLUFF

1large package vanilla instant pudding
111-ounce can mandarin oranges
120-ounce can pineapple tidbits
116-ounce Cool Whip
2cups miniature marshmallows
Use the juice of 1 can of the mandarin oranges in the vanilla pudding mix. Fold in Cool Whip and mix well. Drain the rest of the fruit and add to pudding mixture and marshmallows and mix well.

Each book costs $15 and may be purchased by contacting the church between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday or at 12:30 p.m., after the Sunday service.
