Tyler History center Author to speak on steel decline

Local author Dale Perelman will discuss his book “Road to Rust: The Disintegration of the Steel Industry in Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio” at noon Thursday at the Tyler History Center, 325 W. Federal St., downtown.
His lecture is part of the Mahoning Valley Historical Society’s Bites and Bits of History lunch program series. Copies of Perelman’s book will be available to purchase.
