Austintown Junior Women’s League attends convention

The Austintown Junior Women’s League recently attended the 120th annual convention of the GFCW/Ohio Federation of Women’s Clubs in Dublin. The event featured several workshops, a conservation challenge and a service project to benefit Ronald McDonald House. The women also listened to keynote presentations that focused on the importance of volunteering. Clubs across the state were recognized for their service projects, photography entries, writing, reporting, public relations and more. Installation of the 2018-20 officers also took place.
