Police seek 2 suspects in Saturday shooting

YOUNGSTOWN — Police have issued warrants for two suspects in a shooting Saturday that seriously injured a man.

Ahmed Foose, 18, is charged with complicity to commit felonious assault and Arthur Tarver, 19, is charged with felonious assault.

The victim was found in a driveway on East Judson Avenue shot several times. He is still being treated at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.

Police said the shooting arose from a dispute between neighbors.

Neither Foose or Tarver have yet to be taken into custody.
