SENIOR CITIZENS


Lowellville Senior Citizens will meet at noon Friday at Lowellville City Hall Conference Room for their annual picnic. Members are asked to note the change in location. Comprising the picnic committee are Brenda Perry, president; Paula Kacir; and Marilee Pilkingtos. New members are welcome. Lowellville residency is not a requirement. PERI, Mahoning County Chapter 18 will meet at noon Aug. 7 at the Avion Banquet Center, 2177 W. Western Reserve Road, Boardman. Speaker will be Judge Robert Rusu. The menu includes Parmesan crusted chicken, au gratin potatoes, snap peas and corn, salad, rolls with butter, coffee, tea, lemonade and coconut cream pie. A money raffle will take place. Cost is $13, and can be paid at the door.

PERI, Trumbull County Chapter 56 will host its monthly meeting at 11:15 a.m. Aug. 8 at DiLucia’s Restaurant, 2610 Elm Road NE, Warren.
