Sammarone files to run for judge in Mahoning Co.

YOUNGSTOWN

Chris Sammarone of Canfield has filed nominating petitions for the Mahoning County Court judicial seat in Sebring.

Sammarone has practiced in Mahoning County for nearly 20 years. In addition to his private practice, Sammarone has been counsel for the county board of developmental disabilities for the past 10 years and staff attorney for the county land bank.

Sammarone graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1999. Earlier he attended Youngstown State University, graduating with a bachelor of science degree with a major in biology.
