What: Savor the quiet of early morning with a paddle around scenic Lake Newport and wetlands led by naturalist Marilyn Williams.

Where: East Newport Boat Launch, East Newport Drive, Youngstown.

Cost: $12 for Mahoning County Residents, $15 NR half price for second person in tandem.

Orienteering 101
