Ashley Milligan, Brad Smith will marry Aug. 4

CANFIELD

Jim and Sandy Milligan of Canfield are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Milligan, to Brad Smith, both of Canfield. The prospective groom’s parents are Missie Smith of Canfield and Greg and Nancy Smith, of Poland.

The ceremony is set for 1:30 p.m. Aug. 4 at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Boardman. A reception will take place that evening at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Center. Invitations will be issued for both events.

The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and is a registered nurse at Akron Children’s Hospital, Youngstown.

Mr. Smith graduated from YSU with a bachelor’s degree in business. He is the director of project management as well as part of the fourth generation of family ownership of Compco Industries in Columbiana.
