2 arrested in Youngstown police vice raids

YOUNGSTOWN — Police serving search warrants Tuesday investigating drug activity at two separate houses took two people into custody.

About 5 p.m., members of the vice squad and Community Police Unit found three bags of suspected marijuana, a small amount of suspected heroin, suspected crack cocaine, a digital scale and $46 cash. Arrested there on felony drug charges was Kyronn Copeland, 26, of Youngstown.

About 6 p.m., police found suspected marijuana, suspected crack cocaine, two painkillers and $2,026 cash. Arrested there on felony drug charges was Shannon Kelley,38, who lists the home as his address.

Both men are expected to be arraigned today in municipal court.
