YWCA Youngstown, Ohio Benefit Bank and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance site can help e-file or paper file your taxes for free. Appointments must be made for 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays or 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturdays from Feb. 3 through April 14. Call 330-540-1947 for appointments or information.
