The Bees Trees at Suzie’s

The Bees Trees will have a record-release show at 9:30 p.m. Saturday at Suzie’s Dogs and Drafts, 24 N. Phelps St. in downtown Youngstown. Admission is free. Titled “Loch Ness Monster,” the album (cover shown above) is the first full-length release from the band, which is led by Liam Jones. Its 12 songs span several genres, including funk, calypso, ska and singer-songwriter. The CD will be available for purchase at the Saturday show. The album will also go on sale Saturday via iTunes.
