Mad About the Arts planned at YSU

The 23rd annual Mad About the Arts benefit is set for 7 to 10 p.m. Feb. 2 at the John J. McDonough Museum, 525 Wick Ave. The evening will feature contemporary art, music, dance, wine tasting and food sampling.

Mad About the Arts benefits the museum, Youngstown State University’s Center for Contemporary Ideas, Art, Education and Community and 88.5 WYSU, the Valley’s public radio.

Admission is $80 per person or $65 for WYSU and McDonough Museum members, YSU faculty/staff/students 21 and over and CCAC alumni. Purchase tickets online at www.wysu.org/madaboutthearts or by calling 330-941-1777. Secure parking is available for $5 in the M-30 Wick Avenue parking deck.

Music will be provided by YSU’s Jazz Ensemble directed by Kent Engelhardt.
