Mary Jo Lukach and Kyle Rowan of Howland exchanged vows July 22, 2017, at St. James Meeting House in Boardman Park. The 1:30 p.m. ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Russell Adams. A reception followed at Avion on the Water in Canfield.
The parents of the bride are Raymond and Mary Beth Lukach of Boardman. The parents of the groom are Greg and Debbie Rowan of Braceville.
The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and reside in Howland.
Mrs. Rowan earned a bachelor’s degree in secondary education and a master’s degree in school counseling, both from Kent State University. She is a counselor at Poland Middle School.
Mr. Rowan holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Youngstown State University. He is an eighth-grade math teacher for the LaBrae Local School District.
Fashioned of Chantilly lace, the bride’s strapless gown was designed with a sweetheart neckline and trumpet silhouette. A satin and bling belt completed her ensemble.
Mary Dietrich served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Haley McCormick, the bride’s future sister-in-law; Kelsey White and Jenna Monaco, cousins of the bride; and Suzy Gruber. The bridesmaids wore blush-colored dresses.
Todd Rowan, brother of the groom, performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Matthew Lukach, brother of the bride; Josh Nicholas; Matthew McGuire; and Chris Calderone.
