Local pianist will perform at program

CANFIELD

Local pianist, Michael Nichols, will be showcased by the William Holmes McGuffey Historical Society, in the annual winter program that will take place at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Ursuline Center, 4280 Shields Road. Nichols, winner of the Youngstown State University Dana School of Music Young Artist Competition, will perform his senior recital.

The program is open to the public, but reservations are suggested with a goodwill offering of $5 accepted. Complimentary refreshments will be served. Walk-ins are admitted based on seating availability. For information or reservations, call Richard Scarsella, WHMHS chairman, at 330-726-8277.
