Library hosts book discussion group


SALEM

Salem Public Library’s Adult Book Discussion Group will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the library’s Quaker Room, 821 E. State St. The book to be discussed is “Rules of Civility” by Amor Towles, the story of Katya Kontent, the daughter of a Russian immigrant determined to make her fortune in Manhattan during the 1930s.

Registration is not required, and the discussion is open to the public and free of cost.
