Newcomers of Mahoning Valley will meet at TJ's in the Boardman Holiday Inn on Jan. 24 at noon. Hostesses are Ilona Campbell-Mihai and Angie Lewis. Instead of a speaker, members will review and revise chapter bylaws. Reports from all sub-groups will be given.
