Closing arguments underway in Youngstown murder trial

YOUNGSTOWN — Closing arguments have begun before Judge John Durkin in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court for a man on trial for a 2015 shooting death.

Jurors are expected to begin deliberating later this morning the fate of Desmond Kimbrough, 38, of Winona Drive, who is charged with murder and involuntary manslaughter for the Nov. 7, 2015, shooting death of Christopher Anderson, who was found dead in a car on Montclair Drive.

Kimbrough was wounded in the leg in the same shooting.
