Chiabertas celebrate 50th anniversary

YOUNGSTOWN

Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Chiaberta of Hubbard, recently celebrated their 50th anniversary with a family dinner at Station Square Restaurant in Youngstown. A Caribbean cruise is planned for them later this month.

Mr. Chiaberta and the former Mary Sue Sorice were married Jan. 6, 1968, at St. Anthony of Padua Church in Youngstown.

The couple’s children are Suzanne (Lonnie) Laird of Hubbard and Daniel (Amy) Chiaberta Jr. of Boardman. They have three grandsons: Anthony and Ryan Laird and Daniel Chiaberta III.

Mrs. Chiaberta is retired and works part-time for Acosta Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Chiaberta worked in various supervisory sales positions before retiring in 2009. He currently works part-time at the Vienna Air Force Base.

The couple are members of St. Patrick Church in Hubbard.
