Youngstown man convicted on all counts for raping a young family member

YOUNGSTOWN

A Youngstown man was convicted on all counts for raping a young family member over the course of five years.

A jury found Kenneth Thomas, 39, of Hubbard Road, guilty on 19 counts of rape the occurred from the time the victim was 9 until he was 13.

Sixteen of those counts carry the possibility of life sentences.
