The Barn and Gazebo in Salem was the setting of the June 10, 2017, wedding and reception of Amy Elizabeth Hinch of Moon Township, Pa., and Zachary James Schaffer of Salem. The 2:30 p.m. ceremony was officiated by Scott Crowell.

The parents of the bride are Harvey R. and Terri L. Hinch of Moon Township, and James C. and Janet I. Schaffer of Salem are the parents of the groom.

The bride wore a lace overlay strapless gown designed with an empire waist.

Megan L. Kuech, the bride’s cousin, was the honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Jessica M. Kornman, Erica N. Aughton, Lauren R. Harris and Rachel A. Nicely. The attendants wore wine-colored dresses.

Nathaniel R. Copeland served as best man. Groomsmen were Curtis E. and Travis A. Schaffer, brothers of the groom, Michael G. Hall and Nathan R. McQueen.

The couple traveled to Asheville, N.C. and Atlanta, Ga. for their honeymoon. They reside in Harmony, Pa.

The couple earned bachelor’s degree in applied media arts from Edinboro University.

The groom is a sales associate/computer aided drafting for Trinity Jewelers in Pittsburgh.
