Youngstown school board members sworn in

YOUNGSTOWN — Judge Theresa Dellick of Mahoning County Juvenile Court swore in new and returning Youngstown Board of Education members Tina Cvetkovich and Ron Shadd during tonight's reorganization meeting.

Shadd is a returning school board member and Cvetkovich replaces former board member Jerome Williams.
