Villa Maria to host one-day retreat

VILLA MARIA, PA.

Villa Maria Education and Spirituality Center, 2067 Evergreen Road, will host a one-day retreat, “Day of Mindfulness,” on March 10 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It will explore and apply sitting quietly, following our breath, walking meditation, relaxing body and mind, eating mindfully and practicing easy yoga.
