In the wake of mass shootings in the United States, the Raymond John Wean Foundation is offering a panel discussion, “Speaking Out: The Power of Finding and Exercising Your Public Voice,” for nonprofits on whether to join public conversations about local, state or national issues from 8:30 to 11:15 a.m. Thursday in the Foundation’s Western Reserve Room, 147 W. Market St.

Tim Francisco of Youngstown State University is panel moderator. Panelists are Dean Amy Reynolds, Kent State University; Steven Arnold, The Arnold Collective; Todd Franko, editor, The Vindicator; and Deryck Toles, Inspiring Minds.
