Thiel College names new director of alumni relations

GREENVILLE, PA.

Thiel College named 1983 graduate David Hummel director of alumni relations. Hummel’s background includes a 35-year career in private and government accounting and work in real estate. He will be a key figure in the college’s development of an Alumni and Career Engagement Center which will serve as a “home base” facility for alumni who come back to campus and will connect students with alumni.

Hummel has been an active member of the Thiel alumni community member and was a member of the Alumni Association Board of Directors from 1990-96 and then returned in 2012.
