Shepherd of Valley plans open house

Shepherd of the Valley will host an open house from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Dunkin Donuts, 58 Youngstown-Warren Road, to answer questions about the upcoming Liberty campus. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the new senior living community and will receive a free doughnut.
