The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber will have a “Lattes & Legislators” with state Sen. Joe Schiavoni of Boardman, D-33rd, a gubernatorial candidate, from 7:30 to 9 a.m. March 19 at Stambaugh Auditorium on Fifth Avenue.
