Workshop will take place this Sunday

Self Empowerment Workshop will take place from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at The Yoga Center, 972 Youngstown-Kingsville Road, Vienna, in the Governors Insurance Building. There will be discussions and techniques demonstrated and practical applications in assertiveness training, self-esteem, proper risk-taking and goal achievement.
