Premier Boxing Champions (8 p.m., Fox): “Vicious” Victor Ortiz and Devon Alexander “The Great” – great boxers with even greater nicknames – will tangle in the headline bout. The former welterweight champs will go 12 rounds to conclude a card that will also feature Caleb “Sweethands” Plant vs. Rogelio “Porky” Medina.

“Community Connection” (Sunday at 6:30 a.m. on 21 WFMJ-TV, and 11 a.m. on WBCB-TV): The Warren Rotary will host the fourth annual Slice of the Valley pizza challenge. Rotarians Rob Berk and Dominic Marrari will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss the event and the celebrity judges who will chose the best pizza in the valley.

To conclude Black History Month, Highway to Heaven Ministries will present the play “Hidden Temptations.” Pastor Jeff Gordon and Lannette Gordon, along with members of the cast, will discuss the play and its meaning.

“Community Connection” (Sunday at 7:30 a.m. on WYTV-TV): The 2018 Athena Awards are coming up, and host Dee Crawford will talk with organizers about the ceremony that recognizes professional women in the Valley.

YSU jazz ensembles in free concert

YOUNGSTOWN

The Dana School of Music will present a free concert by the YSU Jazz Ensembles, directed by Kent Engelhardt and Dave Kana, at 7:30 p.m. Monday in Kilcawley Center’s Chestnut Room.

Engelhardt’s ensemble will perform music Gerry Mulligan, Dizzy Gillespie and Buddy Rich; Kana’s will perform works by Mercer Ellington, Bill Holman and Horace Silver.
