Acting on a tip, police officers stopped a vehicle on State Street near the Niles police station Wednesday afternoon and found a large quantity of crystal methamphetamine inside. Kevin A. Thompson, of 36 North St. in Warren, was arrested and taken to the Trumbull County jail. He will be arraigned this morning in Niles Municipal Court on two counts of felony drug trafficking.
