Civic League will host Mardi Gras Party

The Junior Civic League will host its 7th annual Mardi Gras party from 7 to 11 p.m. Feb. 24 at the Mahoning Country Club, 710 Liberty Road. Tickets are $40 per person and may be purchased through JCL members.

Event includes dinner, entertainment by Howard and the Five Point Band and DJ EZD and a 50-50 raffle. Donate a book(s) for the Community Library Book Drive and be entered in a drawing to win a prize. Proceeds will benefit the league’s scholarship and education programs.

Junior Civic League is a nonprofit organization dedicated to volunteering and community service in the areas of health, education and civic affairs.
