Side-lot program

Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership will continue its Side Lot Incentive Program in partnership with Huntington Bank and the Trumbull County Land Bank.

Huntington has awarded $10,000 to TNP for implementation of the program, which allows eligible residents who have purchased a side lot from the TNP-managed land bank to receive a $250 gift card to purchase tools, materials and supplies to make improvements to their side lot. Applications are available upon side-lot purchase.

The side-lot program helps communities return derelict vacant properties to productive use.
