Ribbon-cutting planned at new library

YOUNGSTOWN

The community is invited to the Michael Kusalaba Branch Library, 2815 Mahoning Ave., to celebrate the dedication and ribbon-cutting ceremony from 10 a.m. to noon Feb. 24. The library opened its doors to the public for the first time at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Library hours will be Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
