Foundation to host gala

The Salem Regional Medical Center Foundation will host its 8th annual Hearts and Stars Gala, “A Night to Shine,” March 17 at the Vineyards at Pine Lake, 14101 Market St. The semi-formal event will begin at 6 p.m. with a cash bar and appetizers followed by dinner and desserts at 7. The gala also will feature live entertainment and a silent auction. The winning ticket for a 2018 Buick SUV raffle, donated by Stadium GM Superstore in Salem, will be drawn. Tickets can be purchased for $75 per person or $600 for a reserved table of eight by calling 330-337-2883. Reservations must be received by March 9.
