Youngstown police looking for missing man

YOUNGSTOWN

Police are looking for a 19-year-old mentally challenged man missing from his Burbank Avenue home.

A news release from the department says Keyshawn Blalock may have taken a bus to Warren but no one has seen or heard from him recently.

He is described as a black male, 5’7, 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is also without his daily medication.
