Domestic violence, burglary charges filed

WARREN

Meko D. Howard Jr., 26, of Ogden Avenue Northwest and Southern Boulevard Northwest was charged with burglary and domestic violence in Warren Municipal Court after a Saturday-night incident involving a woman.

Police were called to a home in the 900 block of Southern Boulevard at 11:19 p.m. Police were told Howard forced his way into the home. When police arrived, they saw Howard trying to escape through a window, then the back door.

Howard was found behind a home in the 2000 block of Northwest Boulevard and taken to jail.
