“Community Connection” (Sunday at 6:30 a.m. on 21 WFMJ-TV and 11 a.m. on WBCB-TV): Tiffany Anderson, director of Africana studies at Youngstown State University, will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss Black History Month activities.

Libraries adjust hours for training

YOUNGSTOWN

The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County has adjusted hours at several locations to accommodate staff training sessions. Here are the changes:

Feb. 13: Newport library will be open from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Feb. 27: Main library will be open from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.

March 7: Austintown library will be open from 1 p.m to 9 p.m.

March 27: Poland library will be open from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
