Mahoning County Grand Jury indicts 28
A Mahoning County grand jury Friday indicted 28 people including Antonio Crockett, 31, of Dogwood Avenue, for illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility and obstructing official business.
Crockett told corrections officers he forgot he had four bags of marijuana in his buttocks at Mahoning County Jail.
Crockett was arrested alongside another man following a short chase on Dec. 3. He had an additional 12 bags of marijuana in his pockets at arrest, according to the police report.
Others indicted include:
Tyler J. Verhest, 18, Neilson Avenue and Michael Wilson, 23, New Drive, receiving stolen property.
Stephen Johnson, 26, Coronado Avenue; and direct presentments, Kevin Clinkscale, 29, Coronado Avenue and Keilan Clinkscale, 27, Coronado Avenue, aggravated robbery, kidnapping with firearm and repeat violent offender specifications and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Daniel Elliot, 37, East Pershing Avenue, Salem, retalitation, assault and obstructing official business.
Antonio Crockett, 31, Dogwood Lane, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility and obstructing official business.
Austin Mendenhall, 32, Ferndale Avenue, two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of a dangerous drug, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia with a forfeiture specification.
Lapriece Whited, 32, West Princeton Avenue, tampering with evidence, possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification and falsification.
Donald Young, 19, Atlanta, Ga., possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence.
Ryan W. Bevington, 40, Southern Avenue, Columbiana; Matthew Juillerat, 27, Unity Road, New Waterford; and Ramona Pichoz, 32, Bears Den Road, Leetonia, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, permitting drug abuse, possession of drugs and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Antonio Dent, 20, Crandall Avenue, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of drugs, possession of a dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael A. Faiola Jr., 33, Lynn Avenue, receiving stolen property, telecommunications fraud, possession of a dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jillian L. Russell, 34, Lakewood Avenue, robbery with a firearm specification and carrying concealed weapons.
Raheem Satterhwaite, 28, East Boston Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Jacqueline Nelson, 25, North Thomas Road, Tallmadge, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility and possession of drugs.
Danley Phillips, 33, Dogwood Lane, being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying concealed weapons and trafficking in marijuana.
Jerome Vega, 40, West Main Street, Canfield, aggravated possession of drugs.
Percy Phillips, 25, Matta Avenue, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jesus Davila, 27, West LaClede Avenue, possession of cocaine and possession of drug parapharnalia.
Jimmie Pearce, 49, West Ravenwoood Avenue, possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification.
Elizabeth Soich, 37, Glendale Avenue, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Seam Mosley, 27, Ohio State Peniteniary, Coitsville-Hubbard Road and Micaela J. Price, 20, Cincinnati, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility.
Dwayne Eley, 54, Cameron Avenue, three counts of gross sexual impositon.
