Davis sentenced in drug case

Aaron L. Davis, 32, of Woodview Avenue Southwest, was sentenced to four years in prison Monday in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court after pleading guilty to drug charges.

Davis was charged in October 2016 with multiple offenses after police conducted a drug raid at a home on Lener Avenue Southwest.

Police said they recovered high-powered weapons, including a pistol and an assault rifle, both capable of penetrating a bulletproof vest, during the raid. His arrest followed a five-month investigation by the Warren Police Department Street Crimes Unit.
