Association to host fundraiser

The 13th annual Beer and Wine Tasting, hosted by the Youngstown Area Grocers Association, will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. March 10 at Stambaugh Auditorium, 1000 Fifth Ave., Youngstown. The fundraiser will benefit the children’s program of the Ursuline Sisters HIV/AIDS Ministry and the Prince of Peace Center in Farrell, Pa. Guests can sample more than 100 wines and 50 microbrews as well as appetizers, entrees and desserts from local vendors. The event also will feature a silent auction, basket raffle and 50-50 drawing. Tickets are $50 each or $400 for reserved tables of eight. Sponsorship opportunities are available. Contact 330-793-0434 for information.
