WARREN

Shawn T. Flowers, 52, of Dover Street Southwest, remains in the Trumbull County jail not eligible to make bond after his arraignment Monday in Warren Municipal Court on charges of felonious assault and failure to comply with the orders of a police officer.

A not-guilty plea was entered for him on both charges.

He’s accused of stabbing a man on Porter Street Northeast about 9 p.m. Thursday, leaving the scene, then fleeing from police again when they spotted him about 2 p.m. Friday on Main Avenue Southwest.
