Chad Zallow to run in Millrose Games


NEW YORK

Youngstown State junior Chad Zallow will compete against some of the top runners in the world in the 60m hurdles at the Millrose Games on Saturday at the Armory in New York City. Zallow’s race will be televised live at 4:08 p.m. on NBC.

Competing against Zallow in the Fred Schmertz Men’s 60m Hurdles race will be Devon Allen, Freddie Crittenden, Trey Cunningham, Aleec Harris, Eddie Lovett, Aries Merritt and Brian Richards.

Zallow has had a strong season winning all four races he has competed in. Most recently he beat Syracuse’s Angelo Goss at the Dr. Sander Invitational on Jan. 26. He is a two-time Horizon League Indoor Track Athlete of the Week. The race can be watched at 4 p.m. on WFMJ.
