New mayor, judge host town hall

YOUNGSTOWN

Two newly elected city leaders, Mayor Jamael Tito Brown and Municipal Court Judge Carla Baldwin, will participate in a town hall event from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Ohio Room of Kilcawley Center on the campus of Youngstown State University.
