Mark Stephenson, director of dairy policy analysis at the University of Wisconsin, will discuss the factors behind market changes and provide an overall outlook on the dairy industry for this year at the Mahoning County Ohio State University Extension Office, 490 S. Broad St., from 10:30 to 1:30 p.m. Feb. 15.

Dianne Shoemaker, OSU Extension field specialist, will take a look at the numbers behind dairy operations and focus on Ohio’s dairy standings. Options for cost savings in dairy rations will be covered by Bill Weiss, OSU Extension.
