“Community Connection” (Sunday at 6:30 a.m. on 21 WFMJ-TV, and 11 a.m. on WBCB-TV): Youngstown Mayor Jamael Tito Brown will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to kick off Black History Month. Brown will discuss his life, and his vision for the city.

Next, Randall Craig Fleischer, director of the Youngstown Symphony Orchestra, will discuss the “Ella – First Lady of Song” concert Feb. 10.

“A Conversation with Dee” (Sunday at 7:30 a.m. on WYTV-TV): Host Dee Crawford’s guest will be Louis Zona, executive director of the Butler Institute of American Art. Zona will discuss programming this year at the museum.
