Local business will host shopping event

Ivory & Birch, 7631 Market St., will open from 1 to 4 p.m. Feb. 11 for a special Valentine’s Day shopping event. Ivory & Birch specializes in designer apparel, accessories and home goods from Paris and New York.

The Piggyback Foundation of Youngstown helps maintain normalcy for children in families battling serious illness. Services they help are Kids Count, a program to enroll or maintain children’s extra-curricular activites; School Counts, a program that maintains children’s academic performance by providing private tutoring where needed; and Family Counts, a program that helps combat stress and anxiety by giving the family fun time to enjoy each other’s company.

A percentage of all purchases made will benefit the Piggyback Foundation of Youngstown.
