Youngstown cops find drugs, pills after South Side traffic stop
YOUNGSTOWN — Police said they found two bags of suspected crack cocaine, 11 pills and $1,065 cash on a man they pulled over about 8:25 p.m. at West Princeton and Hudson avenues for an improper turn.
LaPriece Whitted, 32, of West Princeton Avenue, was booked into the Mahoning County jail on charges of possession of cocaine and possession of drugs.
After he was pulled over, reports said Whitted could be seen trying to hide something.
Police saw one bag of suspected crack cocaine in his fist and took him into custody, then searched him and the car, finding the other drugs and cash, reports said.
