Warren detectives investigating homicide

WARREN — City detectives today continue investigating a homicide and a stabbing from Thursday.

About 3 p.m., reports said a pair of detectives at a 2247 North Feederlee Drive SE apartment complex discovered the body of 35-year-old Darrin Andrews of Francisca Avenue in Youngstown in a car.

Reports said Andrews was killed, but they do not list how he died. A message was left for detectives.

About 7:25 p.m., police were called to the 100 block of Porter Street NE for a report of a man stabbing people. They found a 27-year-old man suffering from a stab wound. He was taken to Trumbull Regional Medical Center.

A message was left for the detective on that case as well.
