Township police arrested the pair Wednesday after a search of their Mathews Road residence.

According to a police report, officers served a search warrant at the house in the 150 block of Mathews about 9:20 a.m. Both Slepskis were there, police said.

The search turned up mason jars with suspected marijuana, 14 “loose assorted pills,” a bag of “crushed white pills,” pipes, a syringe containing suspected morphine, $1,338 in cash, a “medical cannabis bottle,” bags containing suspected marijuana, scales with suspected drug residue and other drug-related items, according to the report.

Police said the cash was found inside a Spiderman-themed backpack that also contained “a pair of small children’s jeans.”

Police reported seizing a total of 390.4 grams of marijuana from the house. Tests confirmed it was marijuana, according to the report.

The elder Slepski faces charges of possession of dangerous drugs, two counts of possession of drugs/drug abuse, possession of drug paraphernalia and trafficking in the vicinity of a juvenile.

Slepski Jr. is charged with trafficking in the vicinity of a juvenile, possession of drugs/drug abuse, possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse.
